Start a Bomgar session

The SIL Google Admin and Global Help Desk teams use a hardware/software solution from Bomgar which allows us to fairly quickly establish a remote connection to your device (computer, phone, tablet).  This not only allows us to see what you see but also to remotely control your device to resolve problems and provide a level of training to help you become productive.

Contact us first by email or via the TeamHelp system, so the we can better define your need, find a suitable support technician, and schedule at time to work together.  We strongly recommend you follow this advise before you try to start a Bomgar session.
